  5. We will have our traditional luncheon on Friday, Feb. 25, from 12:00 noon to 1:30pm. The costs are $15 per person. The meal will be a buffet including: Garden Salad, Chipotle Lime Vegetable Salad, Guaijillo Spiced Fresh Tortilla Chips (including Salsa and Toppings bar), Build your own Fajitas (Chicken and beef; toppings bar includes guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese, fresh sliced jalapenos, shredded lettuce), Red Chile Mexican Rice, Charro Beans, and Dolce de Leche Cheese bar.
