Travel by Air:
- Fly to DFW Airport and rent a car.
- From airport to recommended hotel: Take 360 South all the way to
I-20; take I-20 West to Exit 449 (Cooper Street). Hotel is on the
left soon after you get onto Cooper Street, between the McDonalds
and the Comerica Bank.
- From Airport directly to campus: Take 360 South, take the Abram
Street exit. Take it west (go right). Follow approx. 5 miles and
go left onto Cooper Street (you'll see a McDonalds on your right).
Then take your 1st right onto Border Pl. Lot 33 is on your left
just after you pass Border Ct.; see

- From the South, (I-35W), take I-20 East (exit 45).
- Stay on I-20 East after the I-820 Split.
- Take Exit 449 (Cooper Street), get onto Cooper Street
North. [I-20 Parks Mall Holiday Inn Express recommended; it is
located on the left soon after you get onto Cooper Street North,
between the McDonalds and Comerica Bank]
- Go 5-6 miles until you enter UTA campus (you'll go between
several large brown buildings on both sides).
- Take a left on UTA Boulevard. Our designated parking lot (Lot
33) is AFTER you pass Border Pl.

recommended hotel instead of campus, go to I-20, take it east,

- Exit 27 onto South Cooper Street. Go 5-6 miles, cross the
railroad tracks, and soon after, take a right on UTA boulevard
[if you want to go to the hotel, continue further down Cooper

FROM ALL DIRECTIONS:
Walking from parking lot to music building
- Again, see map; proceed South on Nedderman St - you'll pass
Architecture building on your left.
- At first 4-way intersection, take a left (onto "Greek
Row").
- Just before you hit the stairs onto the Cooper St. bridge, go
the stairs to your LEFT, then enter the Fine Arts Building through
the door on your left. Go up the elevator to the 2nd floor and the
conference room is just across from the elevator, Room 258.

Luncheon
We will have our traditional luncheon on Friday, Feb. 25, from 12:00 noon to 1:30pm. The costs are $15 per person. The meal will be a buffet including: Garden Salad, Chipotle Lime Vegetable Salad, Guaijillo Spiced Fresh Tortilla Chips (including Salsa and Toppings bar), Build your own Fajitas (Chicken and beef; toppings bar includes guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese, fresh sliced jalapenos, shredded lettuce), Red Chile Mexican Rice, Charro Beans, and Dolce de Leche Cheese bar.
